Last updated: 29 June 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the CargoYatra Service and is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not, and must not allow any user or third party to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or regulation, or to transport or facilitate illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods;
  • upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except under an authorised security programme;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
  • send spam or unlawful messages through messaging integrations, or harvest data without authorisation;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

3. Fair use of resources

API and platform use must stay within any rate limits or quotas we publish. We may throttle or limit activity that threatens stability or fairness for other customers.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches this AUP or poses a risk to the Service or others. Where appropriate we will cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.

5. Reporting

Report abuse or suspected violations to hello@lacspace.com.
