1. Subscriptions
CargoYatra is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen term and are generally non-refundable except as set out below or as required by law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid term, after which paid features are disabled.
3. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or downgrades, unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the case in good faith.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method through our payment processor within the timeframe that processor requires.
4. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the then-current rate.
5. Taxes
Refunds, where granted, are net of applicable taxes already remitted to authorities where those cannot be recovered.
